Job Description

（1） Construction worker

Job responsibilities: 1 Responsible for the specific construction organization and scheduling on the construction site, strictly following the construction drawings, specifications, and construction plans to promote construction, and controlling the construction progress, quality, and safety; 2. Coordinate on-site construction personnel, materials, and mechanical equipment to solve technical problems during the construction process and ensure orderly progress of construction; 3. Organize and archive construction logs, concealed project acceptance records, and other materials, and cooperate with the supervisor and owner to complete on-site acceptance work; 4. Assist in implementing the safety production management system, identify on-site safety hazards, and eliminate illegal construction. Job requirements: 1 Age range: 22-45 years old, with a vocational school diploma or above in construction engineering, civil engineering, municipal engineering or related majors; 2. With at least 1 year of work experience as a construction site worker, familiar with the construction process, construction specifications, and acceptance standards, and able to independently handle on-site construction issues; 3. Priority will be given to those who hold a construction worker job certificate and are proficient in using CAD and measuring instruments such as level gauges and theodolites; 4. Possess strong sense of responsibility, execution ability, and communication and coordination skills, able to adapt to the working environment of the construction site, endure hardship, and obey company arrangements.

（2） Quality Officer

Job responsibilities: 1 Responsible for quality control of engineering projects, strictly implementing national and industry quality standards and specifications, and conducting quality supervision and inspection of the entire construction process; 2. Participate in the review of construction plans, focus on verifying the quality of raw materials and components, and prevent the use of unqualified materials on site; 3. Responsible for the quality acceptance of concealed works and sub projects, keeping quality inspection records, timely discovering and supervising the rectification of quality hazards; 4. Cooperate with third-party testing agencies to complete engineering quality testing, organize quality acceptance materials, and ensure that the engineering quality meets the acceptance requirements. Job requirements: 1 Age range: 22-45 years old, with a college degree or above in construction engineering, civil engineering or related majors; 2. With at least 1 year of experience in quality control of construction projects, familiar with quality acceptance standards and testing criteria, and possessing the ability to analyze and handle quality issues; 3. Priority will be given to those who hold the certificate of quality officer or quality inspector; 4. Rigorous and meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and principles, able to adapt to construction site work.

（3） Safety officer

Job responsibilities: 1 Responsible for safety production management at construction sites, implementing the safety production responsibility system, developing safety production management systems and emergency plans; 2. Carry out safety inspections on construction sites, identify safety hazards (such as high-altitude operations, temporary electricity use, fire safety, etc.), urge relevant departments to rectify in a timely manner, and prevent safety accidents from occurring; 3. Organize safety production training and safety technical disclosure to enhance the safety awareness and operational standards of construction personnel; 4. Responsible for reporting, investigating, and handling safety accidents, and organizing and archiving safety records. Job requirements: 1 Age 25-48 years old, with a college degree or above in safety engineering, construction engineering, or related majors; 2. More than 2 years of experience in construction site safety management, familiar with safety production regulations and construction safety standards; 3. Must hold a Safety Officer C certificate, with priority given to those with a Registered Safety Engineer certificate; 4. Possess strong safety risk prediction ability, communication and coordination ability, emergency response ability, strong sense of responsibility, and can strictly implement safety management system.

（4） Data officer

Job responsibilities: 1 Responsible for the collection, organization, archiving, and storage of all construction materials for engineering projects, including construction drawings, construction records, acceptance materials, inspection reports, etc; 2. Prepare and fill in construction data in accordance with regulatory requirements, ensuring the authenticity, completeness, and standardization of the data, and synchronizing with the construction progress; 3. Cooperate with the supervision, owner, and quality inspection departments to conduct data verification work and provide necessary information in a timely manner; 4. Responsible for the classification management and borrowing registration of materials, ensuring that the materials are intact and undamaged. Job requirements: 1 Age range of 20-40 years old, with a vocational school diploma or above in construction engineering, archive management, or related majors; 2. More than 1 year of work experience as a construction project data officer, familiar with data organization standards, and able to independently complete data compilation and archiving; 3. Proficient in using Office software and data management software, with basic CAD drawing recognition ability; 4. Work diligently and meticulously, have a strong sense of responsibility, possess good communication skills and execution ability, and those with a certificate as a data officer are preferred.
