1、 Project Background

The main structure of the Shenyang Vanke Xichen Zhiguang sales office project is a steel structure, using steel framed lightweight floor panels, roof panels, and daughter wall panels. 100 dry process operation, installation of 400t steel structure in only 11 days, and construction of 3800 ㎡ curtain wall double-layer cable and ceramic rod structure were completed in only 23 days. This project has set a new high in construction speed in the national Vanke system, and it only took 60 days from automatic construction to official opening.

The Vanke Kaleidoscope project at the 2019 Beijing International Horticultural Exposition, as the largest indoor planting area building in the expo, is mainly a steel structure with a building area of 11000 square meters. It uses lightweight steel framed roof panels and daughter wall panels. The roof panel can withstand 1.2 tons of planting soil per square meter, completely replacing concrete structures.
